Real estate investment in the GCC, MENA, Asian and Latin American regions represent an impressive new opportunity for shareholders and investors of the Al Dar Capital Group. Currently, the Company's net income from real estate transactions, which occur remarkably regularly, amounts to not less than 50% per annum.
The real estate investment team of the Al Dar Capital Group, based in Dubai and Hong Kong, is staffed with real estate professionals experienced in acquisition, finance, leasing, management and disposition. Our team operates as an integrated and dedicated group on each investment, from acquisition through to realization.
The Company’s real estate investment team sources and performs due diligence, and arranges financing and the acquisition of properties in the GCC, MENA, Asian and Latin American regions that offer clients of the Al Dar Capital Group investment opportunities with the potential for both a strong cash flow and attractive capital gains for investment periods ranging from several months to several years.
The Al Dar Capital Group initially capitalizes real estate acquisitions through a combination of third party mortgage debt and equity (i.e. shares in the property). The properties are typically aggregated into a series of multi-property portfolios for equity placement presented to our investors. Usually, we offer our clients discretion on their investments into real estate portfolios. The properties are aggressively asset managed over the investment term to increase cash flow from operations and to build value until realization.
The real estate experts of the Al Dar Capital Group see their main task in the GCC, MENA, Asian and Latin American regions as the most efficient use of excellent investment opportunities, which have been created as a result of the regional construction boom, the liberalization of laws permitting foreign investors to acquire real estate, and the rapid growth of the population.
To date, the Al Dar Capital Group has acquired more than 100 real estate properties in the GCC, MENA, Asian and Latin American regions, at the total value of more than US$ 7 billion.
